The Most Cost-Effective HVAC Investment You Can Make
The math is simple: a $149 annual furnace tune-up is a fraction of a $1,800 emergency repair call at 11pm in January. And a $179 spring AC tune-up costs far less than a $2,500 compressor replacement caused by a weak capacitor that was visibly failing — but that nobody checked. Annual maintenance is the cheapest insurance policy in residential HVAC.
What Each Tune-Up Covers

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should my HVAC be serviced?
Furnace: once per year in early fall. AC: once per year in spring. Tankless water heater: once per year (descaling + combustion check). A combo plan covers furnace and AC — the minimum annual maintenance for a forced-air system.
What if you find a problem during the tune-up?
We document every finding in writing and give you a clear priority assessment. We quote any repair before proceeding and never do work without explicit approval. We distinguish 'needs attention now,' 'watch this,' and 'for information only.'
Is maintenance required to keep my Lennox warranty?
Yes. Lennox's extended warranty (up to 10-year parts and labour) requires documented annual professional maintenance. Skipping a year creates grounds for Lennox to deny warranty coverage on major component failures.
When should I schedule?
Furnace: September–October, before heating season. AC: April–May, before cooling season. These windows give us time to order any parts at regular pricing rather than emergency rates.
